Determining where you spend the most time and energy on and working out a more efficient way to carry out the task can give you more time for relaxing activities. An organizer can also double as a pain and food journal to help you keep track of what you are eating and your pain response to your pills, food or the day’s activities. With this, you can look out for food or activities that worsen your pain and symptoms or vice versa. Another advantage of keeping an organizer is that it can help you remember important things that needs to be attended to which can sometimes be hard with fibro fog.
